Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lixin Jieqi Information Technology Co., Ltd. Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all custom software and solutions developed by us for clients remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers according to the terms of the service agreement.

Service Agreements

Specific services provided to clients will be governed by separate service agreements that detail:

  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and conditions
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Confidentiality obligations
  • Warranties and limitations

In case of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Payment Terms

Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
  • Any warranties specific to custom development will be detailed in the service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For any reason with reasonable notice
  • Immediately for serious violations or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Modifications to Terms
